  • This class is for those who are beginners who are serious about training their bodies. Small group of energetic 50+. Don't let the name fool you. Your going to get a great work out.

  • Goju-Robics is the premier cardio-kickboxing class on the Riverfront. You can train like a kick boxer and get all the benefits, without ever getting in the ring. Come burn from 800-1000 calories with a world class champion instructor. Kenneth Everett.
